Strategy Deployment (also known as Hoshin Kanri) is a critical process for any organization. The process starts with defining an organization’s three to five-year breakthrough objectives. To ensure organizational alignment, the process needs to begin at the highest levels. The organization’s leadership will identify strategic priorities and targets to improve. After the priorities are set, the effort will shift to aligning resources to the strategic priorities. Once the top-level objectives, priorities and resources are aligned, the process can cascade to lower levels.
